Success Stories

Vanilla

We are so happy with Vanilla-- now named Snowball. He was very timid the first week, but he is now coming out of his shell & becoming a frisky, playful puppy. He is such a great family dog. Our 4 year old twins couldn't love him more. Snowball sometimes comes to pick the kids up from pre-school and he greets all of the children and teachers with kisses and tail wags. He went to the dog park for the first time today & had a blast. He is now housebroken, starting basic obedience training, and is coming along well learning the house rules. Snowball is friendly with everyone he meets and he loves small dogs. In fact, he knows where every small dog in the neighborhood lives from going on his daily walks. He started off sleeping in a kennel, but he has now made himself at home at the foot of our bed. Snowball has taken ownership of the backyard by chasing off any rabbits who find their way in. He isn't at all destructive, and he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He is the happiest and sweetest poodle we can imagine. We will never understand how Snowball turned up in a shelter, but it is our good fortune.

Many thanks to Beagles and Buddies!
